Mission Statement

The Technical Helpdesk provides assistance for students, faculty and staff who have questions or problems with our online services such as Campus Connect, Blackboard and email. Our staff is committed to helping you find solutions to your online technology support issues.

Before you call

Please be prepared to provide:

  • Legal first and last name
  • User ID/system ID/Cnumber
  • Ivy Tech Email address (if known) and an Alternate Email address
  • Area code and phone number
  • Location (campus, region or office if Central Office employee)
  • Any error messages received, detailed description of your issue
