There are several ways you can ask questions or get help from library staff when you are off-campus.
- Check our online FAQ (frequently asked questions) for general information.
-
Chat with a librarian 24 hours per day. This service is provided by librarians across the country, and the Internet connection may not always work, so be sure to provide your name and email address for follow-up answers.
Note: Do not use this service for general computer, email, or campus information questions. If you have questions concerning your access to the online Library or Campus Connect, go to the Help Desk or call 1-877-IVY-TECH (1-877-489-8324). Do not use this form for Student Affairs questions regarding grades, transcripts, financial aid or employment services.
- Email a librarian. Email questions will be answered by an Ivy Tech NE (Fort Wayne) librarian as soon as possible.
- Text ITLIB to 66746 to contact an Ivy Tech librarian from your cell phone/mobile device. Text questions will be answered by Ivy Tech librarians in Indianapolis during normal working hours. Standard texting rates apply.
